How We Pack?

 

  • We use bubble wrap and anti-static packing peanuts to ensure safe delivery
  • Per UPS requirements we leave 2"+ around items which sometimes can lead to an abundance of peanuts. We recommend trying to save the box and peanuts to reuse later.
  • We try to ship everything with biodegradable peanuts but for some heavier weighted packages we still use the pink peanuts.
  • We do not include packing lists or invoices unless requested
  • If you would like to add a greeting please type message in the "special instructions" box before checkout.
  • All shipments are coming from Temple NH

Shipping with UPS and USPS

We ship packages Monday through Friday

Packages do not travel on Saturday or Sunday

Most orders ship within 1-3 Business Days

PO Box Addresses must ship USPS only

Ground Speed or 3 Day Select is not guranteed

Once we ship you will receive a shipment notification via email

Since we offer such a wide variety of items and different grades of maple syrup please understand sometimes we run low or out of stock on specialty bottles and less popular grades. If we cannot ship out your order within 3 days we will notify you.

Please use this map as a reference to determine approximately how many days a UPS Ground speed package may take to reach its destination. Due to Covid and staffing shortages please expect delays especially out west near CA and OR.

Return Policy

PICTURES ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO INITIATE A RETURN

Packages may become damaged in transit, please inspect your packages as soon as they arrive. We can file a claim if the package and contents were broken or damaged. Please send information and pictures to:
