Ben's Sugar Shack loves shipping Maple Products to anyone and everyone

in the United states and internationally. We wish shipping could be free world-wide so our customers could enjoy sending a piece of New England to everyone. It's not easily accessible world-wide either, since Canada and a few U.S states (NH, VT, MA, CT, WI, NY, OH, and PA) are the only producers of this sweet product. But the good news is we have great discounted shipping rates. Also you can subscribe to our website and get monthly deals saving you on shipping and giving you awesome discounts on our Maple products. 

• We do get great discounted shipping from FedEx and UPS
• We only ship orders Monday Through Friday
• UPS Ground does not count Saturday as a business day
• FedEx Ground/standard has Saturday delivery
• Most orders placed by 9 a.m will leave same day
• Ground is not guaranteed even if it says 1 day speed
• If you have a P.O Box that accepts UPS please tell us
• If there is a special request please put in note section at checkout

*We ship orders Monday through Friday and try our best to get them packed before our scheduled trucks pick up. If standard shipping is selected we will choose to ship either UPS or FedEx. (We will choose based on what truck still needs to pick up) This way we can get you your items a day sooner. 

Since we offer such a wide variety of items and different grades of maple syrup please understand sometimes we run low or out of stock on specialty bottles and less popular grades. We will notify you if this is the case and offer you a similar bottle or different grade if you need it sooner than later. 

Please Review Ground Shipping Maps before deciding on if you should choose Ground Shipping speed or a more expedited speed. If you are shipping to New England you can save money choosing ground. It is next Day Shipping from us!
