Juicy summer peaches baked under a golden, maple-sweetened oat topping. This simple dessert is packed with warm flavor and perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
- 5 ripe peaches, sliced

1/4 cup Ben’s Maple Sugar (divided)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, toss sliced peaches with lemon juice and 2 tbsp of the maple sugar. Place in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, remaining 2 tbsp maple sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter. Use a fork or your fingers to mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping over the peaches.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm—great with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
