Maple Nut Crunch Recipe
Serve with greek yogurt and fruit for a delicious breakfast! Here’s to a happy and healthy new year!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. Maple Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Avocado Oil
- 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325º F
- Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper
- Mix the oats, salt, cinnamon, maple sugar and pecans together
- Add the oil and maple syrup and mix together until combined
- Spread into an even layer on the lined sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from the oven and stir
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the crunch is dry and crisp
- Let cool completely
- Serve with greek yogurt and fruit for a delicious breakfast!
