A creamy, caffeinated, slightly sweet smoothie. With healthy fats, natural sweeteners, and coffee this is perfect to fuel your morning or as an afternoon pick me up. Add in a scoop of plain protein powder for a post workout snack.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cold strong coffeeÂ
- ¾ cup unsweetened plain Greek yogurt (whole milk makes it best)
- 1-2 tablespoons Ben’s Maple Syrup (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 banana chopped, frozen makes a thicker smoothie
- 1 pinch cinnamonÂ
- 1 pinch sea salt
Directions
- In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, cacao powder.
- With a spoon or spatula transfer the yogurt mixture to a blender. Add in the bananas and coffee.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add in protein powder or collagen powder if desired, scrape down the sides and add in a little more coffee if needed.
- Pour into a glass or travel mug, a little drizzle of maple syrup on top is always a good idea. Enjoy!
