Maple Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 2 cups of milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powderÂ
- 1 oz dark chocolateÂ
- 4 tablespoons Ben’s Maple Syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanillaÂ
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- In a saucepan combine/dissolve the cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt with the hot water.
- Add the milk to the saucepan stirring over medium heat being careful not to boil.
- Drop in the dark chocolate and vanilla, whisk to melt the chocolate.
- Pour into cups and serve immediately. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of maple sugar for an extra special treat!
