Maple, coffee, bourbon, a wonderful delight!
Cold brew coffee has a smoother, less bitter flavor but feel free to use the leftover coffee still sitting in your pot from the morning.

Maple, coffee, bourbon, a wonderful delight!
Cold brew coffee has a smoother, less bitter flavor but feel free to use the leftover coffee still sitting in your pot from the morning.
Ingredients
- 4 oz bourbonÂ
- 2 tablespoons Ben’s Maple SyrupÂ
- 2 oz cream
- 6 oz cold brew coffee
- Pinch of salt
- 1 orange washed
- Ben’s Maple Sugar
Directions
- Use a sharp paring knife to peel off a few large sections of the skin of your orange. Try and get as little white pith as possible. Reserve 2 pieces for garnish.
- Pour a couple tablespoons of maple sugar on a cutting board. Press or smash a section of orange peel to release the oils and wipe the rim of your glasses with it. Then roll the glass rims in the maple sugar to make the sugar stick.
- In a cocktail shaker with ice cubes combine bourbon, maple syrup, cream, coffee, salt, and the smashed orange rind.
- Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and then pour equal amounts into your glasses.
- Garnish with orange peel and enjoy!
