Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons ground turmericÂ
- 4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamonÂ
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepperÂ
- Combine all spices in a small container or glass jar.
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk, or non dairy beverage such as coconut, almond, or oat.
- ½ cup plain yogurtÂ
- 2 tablespoons Ben’s Maple SyrupÂ
- ½ teaspoon vanillaÂ
- Toppings such as sliced banana, coconut, chopped nuts
- 1-2 tablespoon of golden milk mix(adjust for personal preference)

Overnight Oats
Directions
- In a mason jar combine all ingredients but the toppings and stir well to combine.
- Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight for at least four hours.
- When ready to eat, have a good start, add your toppings and drizzle with a bit of Ben’s Maple syrup.
- Take to eat on the run or enjoy at home.
Make enough jars of overnight oats to last all week or make enough to serve the entire family in the morning. Enjoy!
