This easy Frozen Yogurt Bark is a refreshing, better-for-you treat made with creamy maple-sweetened yogurt, fresh fruit, and your favorite toppings. Just mix, freeze, and break into deliciously cool pieces—perfect for snacking anytime!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek style yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Ben’s Maple Syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Raspberries, frozen or fresh (any fruit chopped could work so go ahead and use what you have on hand such as bananas, blueberries, blackberries, cherries…)
- Additional toppings such as coconut flakes, chopped chocolate, nuts.
Directions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl mix together the yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup.
- Mix in your fruit gently and evenly spread the mixture across your baking tray.
- Scatter your additional toppings over top, press down gently to be sure they set in when freezing.
- Pop into the freezer for 3-5 hours until firm, time depending on thickness.
- Break up the bark and serve immediately or store in a covered container up to 7 days.
