Recipe for Pure Maple Syrup
Easy No Bake Maple Energy Bites
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (or Nut Butter of your choice)
1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut
3 Tablespoons Flax Meal
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips or Mini M&M’s
In a Large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Roll into bite size balls. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Pop baking sheet into freezer for about 20 minutes. Store bites in an airtight container or ziplock bag. They can be kept in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
