The New Hampshire 75 is a refreshing and delightful cocktail inspired by the classic French 75. This modern twist pays homage to the state of New Hampshire in the United States, incorporating local flavors to create a unique and memorable drink.

New Hampshire 75 Drink Recipe

Ingredients

  • Ben’s Maple Sugar Rim
  • 2 oz Flag Hill Sugar Maple Liqueur
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice+Lemon Wedge for the sugar rim.
  • Fill with Sparkling Wine (Champagne, Prosecco or Cava)

Directions

  1. Pour a little bit of maple sugar onto a small plate.

  2. Run the lemon wedge around the edge of a champagne flute or coupe- then dip the edge of the glass into maple sugar.

  3. Set aside and let it dry.

  4. Pour the Maple Liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker, fill with ice and shake until well chilled.

  5. Strain into the glass and fill with sparkling wine.

  6. Enjoy!
