Ingredients
Ben’s Maple Sugar Rim
2 oz Flag Hill Sugar Maple Liqueur
½ oz Lemon Juice+Lemon Wedge for the sugar rim.
Fill with Sparkling Wine (Champagne, Prosecco or Cava)
Directions
Pour a little bit of maple sugar onto a small plate.
Run the lemon wedge around the edge of a champagne flute or coupe- then dip the edge of the glass into maple sugar.
Set aside and let it dry.
Pour the Maple Liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker, fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into the glass and fill with sparkling wine.
