HOW TO USE

There are so many ways you can use Maple Sugar! 

100% Pure Maple Syrup cooked at a higher temperature and stirred until granulated. 

It can be used directly to enhance foods or it can be used as a component in many recipes

Maple sugar can be made back into maple syrup. topping for: cereal, ice cream, apple slices, flavoring meats such as ham, pork, chicken, turkey and fish. Maple sugar enhances raspberries, lemon, grapefruit or pears. Granular Maple Sugar can be used in recipes in the same way as cane sugar is used. It can be used to sweeten drinks, top oatmeal or incorporated into a flavorful rub for meats. When using Granulated Maple Sugar in baking, it acts just like regular granulated sugar and can be creamed with butter for cookies and cakes.

For recipes that don't require much more than a few tablespoons of sugar, maple sugar is a prominent replacement that will have diners scooping seconds. Substitute maple sugar for granulated sugar on a 1:1 basis. Its sweetening ability will lend a subtle maple flavor to a platter of chocolate chip cookies.

This 5 oz bottle is best if used as a topping/seasoning. We recommend a bigger size if using this in a recipe for cooking/baking. Comes with a red flip cap and has a sprinkle side and bulk side to the cap.
